About
I’m involved in political blogging since January 2005 when I launched my Bulgarian political blog Avramov.com/blog/. At that time I’ve already been a popular author in my native country Bulgaria with more than one hundred articles published in the national press and many appearances in some of the most popular television shows.
The reason not to start blogging in English in 2005 was simple. I didn’t feel I can write in English on daily basis. Now, two years later my English is still not as good as I want it to be but now I’m more confident I hope I’ll be able to focus your attention on important policies and international political agenda… of course from conservative point of view.
A few more words about me. I have an MA in Political Science from Sofia University, the Bulgaria’s oldest academic institution. My Master’s degree work covers Russia - “Two Concepts About Poilitical Development Of Russia”.
In 1997, I’ve a spend a month in The University of Zagreb, studying Croatian political affrairs and then I went to Bosnia (1998) as supervisor in election campaign.
Since 1999 I work as a political and election campaign consultant to Bulgarian conservative parties and UDF in particular. Along with my commitment to conservative political agenda I’m an onwer of a successful IT business - FColor.bg. I’ve been working for almost five years as a CEO of an U.S. web hosting company Host Color before making my decision to enter in blogging, IT journalism and to spend more time on different projects related to conservative policies.
Hope this blog will be a successful one.
Dimitar Avramov
